So ever since I built my pc, I've had stuttering issues in games. If I enable the dx12 option in games, the stuttering and fps get even worse.
I was recently looking through my bios settings and noticed that I had "Windows 7 Installation" enabled and "Windows 10 WHQL Support" disabled.
Could this have anything to do with my games stuttering and dx12 making it worse?
If I were to reinstall Windows 10 with the correct settings enabled, what would be the benefits? If they are really minor, I'll probably just keep it the way I have it for now since I already have 660GB of stuff on my SSD.
