I'm worried guys.

I spent a long time into the morning hours trying to install this cpu cooler on my old motherboard, and managed to ah heck it up a bit.

What happened was that my first attempt slightly damaged the green insulated tape on the backplate that goes on the back of the motherboard.

Please see pic in the link below, highlighted where the insulated tape was slightly worn off of the plate due to me being an idiot with the screws.

https://ibb.co/bZ5K2p (this is not the actual plate with the damage, it's just an illustration where the tape had worn off)

I have managed to install it now, BUT i am so worried that the worn away insulated tape cause my motherboard and other components to fry.

Should I take it off again and maybe put some store bought insulated tape on those edges before trying to start the computer up or shouldn't I be too worried?

Components involved here:
Cooler Master Hyper 212X (cpu cooler) http://www.coolermaster.com/cooling/cpu-air-cooler/hyper-212x/
Asus M5A87 (motherboard) https://www.asus.com/Motherboards/M5A87/

I'm worried sick. Mainly because I'm scared of my gaming rig going up in flames, and secondly that I'm on a very tight budget and can't really make any more purchases. Any help would be appreciated!!
