cant install windows 10 driver irql not less or equal

when i trie to install windows 10 i get a bluescreen driver irql not less or equal

i can get into the bios and everything get recognized

what i tried
i replaced the ssd
1 ramstick plugged in of the 5
ran memorytester from a usb

specs

hp worktstation z600

motherboard custom hp dual socket
2X xeon e5620
20gb kingston ram 1033mhz (5 4gb sticks)
msi gt710
samsung ssd out of a laptop completly wiped and converted from dynamic to basic


what can i trie to fix it

Well you need a copy of 8.1,but I'd stick with w7

The memory tester, was it memtest? Did you run it on 1 stick at a time, up to 8 passes?

Normally if I see IRQ errors during win 10 install I blame Memory sticks. Perhaps trying to install with only 1 ram stick in PC?

i let him go to 1000% until it said completeed p[ress esc to quit
