Random admin acc on my pc keeping me from doing things?

I was just using my pc a few days ago when my recycling bin on my hard drive became corrupted, i went to go clear it and it said i didn't have access to it and i needed to enter a admin password. The only profile i have made on my pc is my own and i know nothing about this. Im using inactivated windows 10 and i feel like that may have something to do with it. when i go to the settings to enter a windows 10 key and get my os activated it asks for admin username and password again. i am completely stuck and have no clue what to do. any advice?

We have no way of knowing what the admin username and password may be.

And Forum rules prohibit assisting wth bypassing or otherwise hacking into computers.

If you have a legitmate copy of Windows 10 then erase the hard drive and do a fresh install.
