Well, Im out of options. Realtek HD Audio Manager wont work in any way shape or form. Ive tried everything. I have used a flash drive and fully wiped every bit of windows's exsistance off my SSD, and then using the device manager and Realteks website both to update the driver and no matter what i do, nothing works. I have also tried a normal full system reset, to no avail. Running in safe mode, uninstalling and reinstalling all audio drivers, even reinstalling the nvidia drivers has done nothing to help the situation. Also, under enhancements in the control panel, its completely blank even after resetting.
The reason that I want it so desperately is for the "separate all jacks into different inputs" option because i hate plugging and unplugging to change audio output.
On another note, this same setup takes a long time to open audio menus and mouse options.
Dont forget I play hardcore games so the system is optimized for speed, meaning all bloatware gone and settings are correct.

Specs:
Asus Strix b350-f Gaming motherboard
Ryzen 5 1600
Gskill RAM 2400mhz (2133 active) 16GB
EVGA GTX 1060 6GB SSC
AMD Wraith cooler (for ryzen 7 2600x, my friend didnt want his)
Toshiba rc100 128gb (OS only)
Samsung EVO 850 250GB (all games)
WD Black 4TB 7200RPM (videos)

Solution
There may be a conflict between HD audio manager and sonic studio and how Asus has dropped sonic studio in the latest audio driver which might inadvertently cause Hd audio manager not to show. There's mention also where to find Audio manager's UI installer in the driver folder, not sure it'll be there for you.

See if anything pops out at you in this thread.

Someone there mentioned to use version 8382.

I selected that as correct because I did what you said and the older driver worked perfectly
