Can't install Phoenix os on my Windows 10 mini pc

Hi 
I bought a week ago this new mini pc:

I have windows 10 Home inside it and i wanted to do dual boot with phoenix os (Android OS)
Everytime i tried to download the ISO and make bootable usb with refus, when i try to boot it from the mini pc it shows this:

Empty black screen and only a little white line in the left side... and it stucks like this and does nothing.

I also tried to create U disk with the Phoenix OS Installer... but nothing - shows the same screen even with USB flash drive.
I also tried to install the ISO or use it as U disk (Install on USB Flash drive) and both works fine.
What can be the reason? 
I wish to install it with U disk on my new mini PC.
What can i do? Is it possible to fix it?
