Best cooler under £50

I'm looking for a cooler with good performance cooling wise (looking to get a 2500K up to 4.5 or 4.7 if it's good enough) and minimal noise output.
I have already looked at getting Hyper 212 Evo as many people have and would ideally like something better.
Any recommendations would be appreciated!

Noctua D14 or bust in my opinion. Not sure if it's in the budget, but that's what I'd suggest. I hit 4.5Ghz stable under 65C with Intel Burn Test on my 2600K. However my Hyper212 has two Silverstone FM-121's bolted to it and at 2400RPM they push 110CFM and cool my room along with it. :)

There is no better bang for the buck when dealing with the Hyper212.. I wouldn't suggest anything else untill you went up to Noctua D14 standards. :)
