Monitor's refresh rate not appearing

Hi, I have an Asus ROG PG278QR, its 1440p but I can't seem to get it any better than 60 Hz?? Shouldn't it be a 165 or at least a 144hz?? I already have gone to settings, display, show advanced settings, display adapter properties, but I can still only find 60hz.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Using Hdmi or Displayport? Displayport cable is required, should have been included.

Thanks so much!! I just had both plugged in, so unplugging the HDMI port and changing the settings in BIOS fixed the problem! Thanks so much!
