Aps open at random

Hello again
Sometimes aps seem to open all by themselves. A big culprit is Dreamweaver, also Free Address Book by GAS. Sometimes I think I have touched the screen while I am setting the laptop aside, but I don't know that for sure.
I have been working out recording my band live with the video portion of the camera ap. Last night at three or so times the recorder stopped; also various aps appeared to open themselves. I am pretty sure no one bumped the computer, which was sitting on a barrel.

Before I go to Malwarebytes for a multi-scan process for bugs and such, is this a standard kind of a win 10 thing and fixable?

Thanks

Malewarbytes would be my 1st choice, as apps opening themselves randomly isn't normal. Try scanning with this as well if your only AV is Defender - https://www.bitdefender.com.au/solutions/free.html - can also try Hitman Pro for a 3rd opinion

What might happen is if you shutdown PC with one of these programs running , Win 10 will now reload them at startup again (it does it to be helpful). I generally just close everything at shutdown. This doesn't explain what you are seeing though.

OK, thanks for input. I'll go to Malwarebytes or Hijack This! or whatever it is called these days and see if they can pull this out of the neural webs.
