Which Freesync 1080p 144hz monitor should I buy?

My budget is around $300 for a monitor. I prefer to find one that is in stock at a local retailer, so I can easily exchange if there are defects.


I've narrowed my selections to these 2, but please drop any suggestions if you have good experience with a particular monitor!

Thanks for that link! The Viewsonic XG2402 is very nice but none of my local retailers have it. I guess my decision is made with the Samsung.

I'd easily choose va even if the other monitors were available. I wouldn't want to game on ips or tn ever again. Va is better.
