No signal HDMI , Ryzen 7 , gtx 1070 ti

Hi first time posting, I have just finished building a new PC specs
Ryzen 2700x
MSI b350m mortar board
MSI geforce gtx 1070ti
Blank Seagate HDD - windows not installed yet
Corsair 2x4gb 24000mhz ddr4
Coolmaster 650w PSU

Pc seems to boot up no ez debug lights two flash on when power pressed then go straight off (CPU and ram)

All fans spinning and the HDD boots (by sound)
My problem is as follows
No signal to TV via HDMI!!!

I have checked the HDMI cable and that works fine and have checked all connections inside the pc and they are all tight

Can anyone help ??

Have you made sure your cable is plugged into the GPU and not the motherboard? It's an all-too common mistake

with no OS installed, how are you making this determination?

If there is no OS, there is no driver, so thus....

Cable plugged into GPU - from what I have read the HDMI on the motherboard is redundant as Ryzen 7 has no graphics ??!

Making the determination as the TV is saying no signal - this is a fresh build
I get that I have no drivers installed but I'm guessing that I don't need any to start (like the old days graphics cards with no drivers = poor resolution)

@ punkncat, op still needs a display to install the os. Prior to os the system doesn't use drivers during post.

I was worried if get that response and let me guess need an older CPU to access it , is there any other way to update bios?

See the link the best answer there has a few options how to proceed.

If youd like to continue with that board will have to get it flashed. Or return the board for a 4xx series.

Not having your OS installed yet doesn't mean you won't have any video :/
