i can't acess anything with admin permission

Some days ago i've noticed i can't open task mananger, run admin permission programs and things such as .msc msconfig.

iam unable to:

access task manager
access regedit
access gpedit.msc
access services
Access restore point setting
Access quick Assist
Access remote assistant
Access advanced system settings (I wanted to check environment variables)
Open Command Prompt as administrator
Access any major feature



Can someone help me out?

Are you using an account with admin privileges? Have you scanned this system for viruses/malware lately?

I'm using the same account as i was using before this started happened, ive scanned malwarebytes but not Karspersky Full scan yet, i can try

If another admin account works properly, it seems your main account user profile is corrupted.

I need to reset my pc due to a problem i had, i cant acess anything with admin requeriment. i tried to factory reset it didnt worked, i tried to install MediaCreationTool but i cant open beccause it has admin requeriment. what can i do?

Ask whomever you got the computer from what the admin password is.

Try the next steps if you haven't tried it already:

Step 1.) Go to You Windows taskbar, just press the Windows button
Step 2.) Type in "Advanced Startup Options" and select the first one
Step 3.) Now select the second option that says "Advanced Startup Options". it is going to restart the pc, but that is all ok
Step 4.) When it has restarted, select Troubleshoot, and then select Reset PC.
Step 5.) Confirm and you should be all ok

Well, that's about dumb.
8 minutes, to tell how to give the Everyone group read/write on the entire C drive?
Which can only be done from an admin account. Which genreally requires a password.
So if you don't know the admin account, or can't access it....it is of no use.
