Random wierd freezes

i get really weird random freezes it started when i leave my pc idol and then it started freezing while im using it.

I have a new pc I bought it a month ago it didn't have that problem.

my rig is ryzen 5 1600 with b450M gigabyte and a 8gb 3000mhz Kingston hyperx
with a kingstone ssd 240gb hard

i was searching through the bios and suddenly it froze again inside the bios
plz help!

My temperatures are rly fine and the pc is amazaing on high load
Yesterday i played world of warcraft on high graphics for more than 10 hours and everything was fine
I did a memtest and checked all my drivers
I ithink its smething with the c states in the bios i've searched alot and found that there is alot of pple with this issue am4 Mboards and amd cpus
