Windows changing brightness from background

This is on Windows 10:

Whenever I go on a page that is really bright, like Google. My screen brightness which is already maxed becomes a little brighter and when I go onto a page that is dark, the screen dims by itself. How do I get rid of this feature. It is really annoying. Thanks!

That is not windows, its a monitor setting think its called Dynamic contrast or something
