I reinstalled windows and now I'm having trouble relocating my personal files (documents, images etc) to different folder on different files. It tells me that there is a folder in the same location that can't be redirected. I have uninstalled onedrive which is most likely what is causing this. Any way I can relocate my personal files without onedrive?

Solution
I sorted the problem. I had to reinstall the onedrive app, set it so that non of my onedrive folders were available to my pc and then I could relocate my folders.

This should work:
Win 7 & 8: http://www.tomshardware.com/faq/id-1834397/ssd-redirecting-static-files.html
Win 8.1 & 10: http://www.tomshardware.com/faq/id-2024314/windows-redirecting-folders-drives.html

"It tells me that there is a folder in the same location that can't be redirected."
Is there already a folder on that drive of that name?

The folders were completely empty the first time I tried to relocate them so no.

I think it might be that my current documents file is routed through one drive somehow. so it automatically brings files back into the documents and I can't do anything with them.
