Microsoft Edge not importing all My Favorites

Hello all ok so Microsoft Edge won’t Import all my Favourites from Internet Explorer

well more precisely it imports the majority of them but I have individual folders with more links inside them, some folders are complete when imported but them randomly some are completely empty.

Hope someone can help me.

From the Data menu, choose Import from Internet Explorer.
