Windows not restoring

So I’ve never had any issues with this but I’m trying to do a full wipe on my pc since that’s what epic games suggested after explaining to them my issues with the game... after resetting I get a black screen with no progress or anything on the screen, the pc is still on no cursor just a black screen after selecting the restore option, please help. Is it restoring in this state? Is my pc fucked?

As said this is happening after this first restart when selecting the system restore. The screen is black with no cursor I don’t know if it’s restoring

If HDD led is not blinking, then nothing is happening.
Also system restore would show progress on screen.
If you have multiple screens connected (like monitor + TV), then check all of them.

No I have 1 monitor and the pc is on the led lights are all glowing even on the mouse / keyboard. I just have a black screen

Fixed;

After clicking my monitor button a few times it broughtt up the reset screen. No clue why or how. But is fixed
