Bsod and freezing problems

I suffer from a lot of different types of bsod and alot of freezing randomly and unexpectable and i don't know what to do and my cpu most of time is 60c and 70c when idle and i tried to run memtest86 and after 12 minutes only i get pass:0 and errors:27511.. Plz anyone help me
My specs:
Amd fx 6300 stock not overclocked
Msi gaming x gtx 1050ti 4gb
Msi 970 gaming motherboard
Ram 8gb
Os: windows 10 1803 latest build. 258
Edit: at pass 72% i get pass 0.errors:31518
Time: 1.05.23

Replace ram... the only score you want in memtest is 0, so 27511 & 31518 is way too high.

You solved it yourself

Have you cleaned the CPU heatsink and removed dust in case? cleaned fans? what cooler are you using?
