Realtek Download Running At 10kb/s???

Recently * up my audio drivers, uninstalled Realtek to reinstall. I went to the main website and downloaded it but from chrome, it's downloading at a rate of 5-15/kbs? I get upwards of 10mb/s on other downloads with chrome (tested it with zips etc.) and this realtek file is the only one to take AGES. I need to get my audio drivers fixed as I need this laptop for school. But I have no idea what to do.

252mb, it's variating from 7-10 hours. I have school in like 6. There's no way I can afford to wait for it, I'm really trying to look for an answer at least. Maybe just horrible download servers, not sure. Just need closure that's all.

The only thing I can think of is to restart the download.
You can only get it as fast as they can give it.

It's actually bumped down to 0 bytes a second, it's just stopped completely.
