Hello everyone i have several videos i took with my android phone at UHD 30 fps with the hevc option on. I use windows 10 and i use the latest k lite codecs in it. When i play the videos, they kinda lag/freeze but audio is ok. I installed vlc player and it does something similar. I know the issue is the hevc format, next time ill will use the big format but for now i need to play them fine at my PC.
I did several test, performance and resource test is fine everything is under 15%. When i pass them to adobe premiere, after rendering they play fine but in windows media player and vlc they wont work correctly.
