Windows 10 crash. Bootable USB just shows blinking line

had my PC crash on me today. I got my USB recovery and try to fix it. All I see is a blinking line. Can't type or do anything with it. Already went though bios and told it to boot from usb. Still nothing. Removed everything from PC. (hd,mouse,keyboard,gpu.) Still nothing. I just used my USB recovery on a buddy laptop 4 days ago. Running out of ideas at this point. Going to have buddy make me another USB boot drive and try that but I don't think it will work.

Just trying to install fresh copy of windows at this point since all of my important items are on a ex-hd.

Recreate bootable USB and try then. If you have a problem after you recreatea bootable USB then you can try to create bootable CD/DVD.

You may have a problem with HDD and your computer see only your USB like HDD and because of that he dont start boot

Well the HDD is out and still nothing. Going to try the new USB tomorrow.
