1080ti shipped to me and it came with a weight inside

I ordered a 1080ti from a non fulfilled by amazon third party seller. The package was sent to Canada from another province in Canada which was tracked through purolator and signed by me. I recorded the opening of it as it was a gift and it appeared new as it was cleverly packaged and once opened revealed a weight approximate to the weight of a 1080ti.
What do I do?
The total was 1220 CAD
I just had this happen today 17 of sept 2018

Contact Amazon and if they can't resolve it, then contact your credit card company and dispute the charge.
