Two HDD, Identified as disk 0 and disk one, windows system only see's drive C

This is on the weird side. So I have two HDD, I had to do a "Clean all" for both drives. My BIOS see's two HDD drives, I installed windows on disk 0, but when I go to my computer it only see's Drive C....No D. I upgraded from windows XP SP3, and times have changed...obviously. I am just trying to google the answer but nothing about this specifically has popped up.

SATA drives, Windows 10 home,

You probably just have to initialize the second drive.
Please post a screencap of your Disk Management window, and we can verify.
