Strange display scaling after Win 10 update (Screenshots Inside)

Hey all,

After running a series of updates, some display scaling on my Lenovo P50 are all out of wack. I'm running 1900x1080 resolution, but the scrollbars on some applications, and the general "scaling" of some windows make it seem like I'm using the accessibility magnifier.

Chrome scrollbars are almost 2x their normal width, and on-hover text is magnitudes larger than normal: https://imgur.com/nfyYfQW

I've troubleshooted all I can, but I'm not sure how to fix this. If anyone has any suggestions, please let me know! Thanks.

This was fixed through signing in and out of Windows...
