Help upgrading from 2008 monitor on 100$ budget.

Yup. I've been using an eMachines E17T6W monitor for the past 10 years, and it's time to upgrade. I only got a 100$ budget, what are my options?

My only requirements is that the monitor is 1080p and has HDMI port and is a Quality viewing. I just want it to watch movies and web browsing and play PS4. Thanks for anyone who helps.
