Windows 10 64bit
MOBO: Asus i7 3rd Gen
MEMORY: 8GB RAM
GPU: GTX 1060 6GB VRAM
PSU: Corsair CX 430
Here's the issue. there are a bunch of times the power would cut off becuz i didnt use a backup Power UPS but never had any issues becoz of that. And It was all fine until we moved to a new house, after i reassemble the PC, i pressed the power button and the cpu turns on for a second and shuts down for 2-3 secs and then turns back on for a second without any display. and sometimes it would power on normally but the monitor would show NO SIGNAL. Then the Blue screen of death would come up when i played games, and would also crash or BLACKOUT. then the CPU wont start up till i wait for another minute or hours
What i did to fix it.
1. I reset the CMOS and changed the Battery
2. Disassemble the MOBO and clean out the dust
3. Reinstalling windows
BUT!!!
the issue is currently im playing PHANTOM DOCTRINE, VAMPYR and ASSASSINS CREED ORIGINS. Never had issues before i moved out of my previous house but After i fixed my PC, AC Origins would crash into 3-5 minutes after startup.
What i tried but failed:
1. Disable FXAA in Nvidia CP
2. Revert back too previous GPU driver
3. Disable all services and startup apps
4. Lowering the Game settings (even though i had around 10 hours of gameplay in Very high settings at 60FPS average without any issues)
5. Optimising windows
6. change program compatibility
7. and everything else thats out in Forums.
Can this be Faulty Hardware or Software?
Ive been under stress for weeks and i really need atleast a solution
