I'm having trouble installing windows on a brand new build. Here are the specs:

Power Supply: SeaSonic - 520W 80+ Bronze Certified Fully-Modular ATX Power Supply
Motherboard: Gigabyte - GA-B150M-DS3H Micro ATX LGA1151 Motherboard
CPU: Intel - Core i5-7400 3GHz Quad-Core Processor
Storage: ADATA - XPG SX6000 128GB M.2-2280 Solid State Drive
Video Card: EVGA - GeForce GTX 1060 6GB 6GB SC GAMING Video Card
Memory: G.Skill - Ripjaws V Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR4-2800 Memory

I've got a Windows USB stick (from Best Buy). When the computer boots up, it asks me if I want to install Windows 10 64-bit, and I say yes. After that, the blue Windows logo appears with the little circle of dots underneath it. I've tried letting it run for hours on end, but the red light near my USB port isn't blinking, so I don't think anything is happening. What should I do? I'm a total noob at this, so feel free to be excruciatingly basic with your replies, or let me know if I should post this in a different part of the forum. Thanks for any help!
