Previously I used a motherboard with VIA Audio Deck driver and then I change the motherboard with Realtek audio chipset.

I successfully installed Realtek Audio driver but can't open the Realtek audio control panel and the VIA Audio deck still presents in system control panel and cant' be uninstalled. Please help!

Always a good idea to reinstall when changing hardware like that. This eliminates issues like you are having now.
You could try a utility like Revo Uninstaller (https://download.cnet.com/Revo-Uninstaller/3000-2096_4-10687648.html?part=dl-&subj=dl&tag=button) to try getting rid of that software.
