Mouse & Keyboard Broken?

Hello, Right long story short, I turned off my PC one night came on the next day, Mouse and keyboard stopped working and only work in bios, all LED Lights turn off the second my PC’s login screen comes up, Went to try fix by wiping windows, Mouse and keyboard don’t work there either, I did 0 Updates to them and it’s the most random problem I’v ever had, Bios works Fine, Iv tried putting the USB’s in 2.0’s 3.0’s all that stuff, Just doesn’t work, I’m willing to pay to get this fixed Because I can’t play my PC!, I don’t care about the stuff I’v lost on it, I just want it working!, I can’t move or access anything!, also everytime I plug my mouse / keyboard usb in and out the lights flicker on and off

Can you please try hard resetting your computer (assuming it's a laptop) as explained here?

In that case, you can try clearing the CMOS by shutting down the computer, pulling out its CMOS battery, leaving the computer alone for around 30 to 45 minutes, and then trying again.
