Windows Update Problem - Is it because my WINDOWS is PIRATED?

Hi everyone,
First of all, sorry for my english, but I have been facing some issues and I hope you guys could help me solving them.
My Windows was pirated and I everytime I was trying to update it, it would go back to the previous version. It was a fairly recent update. I did many many things to try to fix it, but it wouldn't work. Downloading a repair tool, using commands, none of this worked.;
So, I tought that the problem was that my windows was pirated, and yesterday I used commands to remove my fake autentication. Now, my windows is not activated and I wonder: will it work? If it doesn't, what can I do?

We dont support pirated programs. Go buy a real copy of Windows.

You wont have these issues with a legit version of windows.
Windows 10 is free to use, look it up online.
We dont support piracy on these forums, thread closed.
