Screen wont turn on

I was playing csgo with my friend then suddenly my pc shut down I tried to turn it on again, but only the pc would turn on, the screen wasn't or the keyboard. I waites a bit and troed again, but it still won't turn on the screen and the keyboard. What can I do

if there was an over heat try clearing the cmos. if it a power issue try another test power supply.
