PC crashes after driver update.

I recently updated my graphics drivers on my PC to the new nvidia one that was released the other day, but now my PC will randomly freeze at certain times. Like my PC could be running for a couple hours at a time and then it freeze or it could be just 20 minutes. And then whenever I boot my PC up again after a crash, the LEDs turn on and the fans start spinning but there is no display. I read somewhere that you should unplug your PC and hold the power button down for 30 seconds to make the display appear again, and I did this and it worked only for my PC to crash an hour later. Also as a note, I have a 1050 ti. Any help appreciated, thanks.

Did you do a clean install?
