File History Backup of multiple drives in Windows 10?

I want to back up my main drive, and two internal drives, in full, to my USB HDD. File History appears to allow me to add the internal drives as folders, but does not seem to back them up.

The last back up system I used was Time Machine on OSX and that just seemed to work. Can File History only backup one drive or am I missing something?

Ignore File History. There are much better tools for full drive backups.

I use Macrium Reflect.

You can set it to backup select folders. To be honest I've never tried to backup multiple drives (all at once). If it is possible, it would be by the same process of selecting folders using the browse function to locate the folders.

I've used Acronis in the past for backups.
