How long to wait for Ryzen 3?

Here is my problem. I am still running the FX 8350 and that PC is making me crazy with so many different kinds of errors that I just want to smash everything down into little pieces. But, since that is not an option, I am considering of upgrading my PC and I am low on budget, hence my anger on my current PC.

Now, I want to know if I should wait for Ryzen 3 or buy Ryzen 2 now ?

Also, I am not much of a computer guy. So, I don't know if I should buy Ryzen 2 CPUs with graphics (APUs they are, yeh me!) when I have a dedicated Gigabyte GTX1050 Ti 4gb OC Edition.

Any help to make all this mess a bit clearer would be highly appreciated.

My current rig: (Don't know if it will help!)

AMD FX 8350
Asus m5A97 evo r2.0
Gigabyte GTX 1050 Ti 4gb OC Edition
5 x 4TBs of Hard Disk
Corsair Vengeance 8GBs DDR3 RAM.
Corsair RM 650 Power Supply.
1 x 500GB Samsung SSD 860evo.
