My PC has been having a lot of issues with total freezing of the computer. I had just gotten a new motherboard to support more ram pretty recently and ever since I installed it my computer has been having a lot of issues with freezing up randomly. There is never any warning and I can't figure out how or why it is happening. I have even gone as far as to buy a whole new PSU because my other one wasn't supplying enough.

1. I have done everything outlined in this website in order https://www.drivereasy.com/knowledge/solved-windows-10-freezes-locks-up-randomly-easily/

2. I bought a new PSU for more wattage

3. I have attempted to defrag my hard drive that contains my OS

None of these fixes have done anything to help solve this problem and I have no more ideas on how to fix this issue.
My Specs -
CPU: AMD x8350 Eight Core
GPU: ASUS 1060 6gb
PSU: EVGA SuperNova 750 G2
RAM: Crucial - Ballistix Sport 16gb kit (8x2)
MOBO: AMD AM3+ 970A DS3P
Wifi Adapter: TP-Link 300mbs PCI Wifi Adapter
Hard Drive: 1 Toshiba 1TB and 1 Seagate Barracuda 2TB

I am pretty sure that is all in there but if anyone has any idea how to fix this issue or needs anymore info ask away.

Have you tried reinstalling the OS? Is there an error code when you restart the way it is with BSODs? If so - write it down and ask on Microsoft site. Here's a list of more common ones just in case.https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-hardware/drivers/debugger/bug-check-code-reference2 Could also try this tool https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/14238/windows-10-troubleshoot-blue-screen-errors If no error code and reinstalling the system and increasing PSU wattage fails to fix it you may want to RMA the board. Best of luck.
if you got a lot of new hardware did you put a clean image of windows 10 on your main drive??? is the cpu you have on the mb qal list. a lot of 900 mb dont have a lot of support for the 8000 cpu do to it wattage and the size of the vrm on the mb. if the cpu pulls to much power throught the mb vrm they may be over heating and locking up.
