USB drivers Fix

I have Windows 10 installed on my laptop. Recently, my usb ports stopped detecting any USB drives and also the bluetooth stopped working.
To investigate i navigated to the device manager and found the problem with USB driver as- "Windows cannot start this hardware device because its configuration information (in the registry) is incomplete or damaged. (Code 19)".
I could not find any Bluetooth drivers listed in the device manager.

I tried reinstalling the official drivers for my laptop model but the problem persisted. I have tried every fix but nothing has worked.

As a last option i am considering installing a fresh copy of Windows.

I Wanted to ask "Will Reinstalling windows fix the above mentioned problems"

Make and model for your laptop? An SKU would help two fold. Also please back up your critical content prior to (re)creating your bootable installer using Windows Media Creation Tools and installing the OS. While you're backing up content, it's a good time to go online and see if your laptop has any BIOS updates pending.
