[SOLVED] Monitor no signal

I have a BenQ ZOWIE XL2430 144Hz and when i connect my gpu (amd sapphire tri-x r9 280x) or my cpu (intel i5 4690) to it, it just flashes no signal detected (using a dvi d dual link)

Monitor - BenQ ZOWIE XL2430 144Hz
GPU - amd sapphire tri-x r9 280x
CPU - intel i5 4690
HDD - wd sata 64mb cache wd10ezex
SSD - SAMSUNG 840 EVO 250GB SSD 2.5inch
powerblock - corsair cx600m

I connected my moneter to my laptop with an hdmi cable and it workes fine.(changed my thermal paste for both because the cpu startde to overheat) and after that it worked and was fine until i turned on a game and the moniter just went black,
