[SOLVED] hp LE1901W refresh rate?

hello guys
what is the refresh rate of the mentioned monitor? 60 or 75HZ? somewhere it says 60 some where 75, but resolution they say goes down at 75hz. but i chose option of 75 hz and didn"t notice a change in resolution?

60Hz for pretty much all monitors.
