PC Slow to boot with SSD. Takes almost 6-7 minutes in the Asus booting screen

Hey guys, thanks in advance for the replies.

I've had this pc for 4 years now. Changed motherboard almost 2 years ago, and only recently the boot times are excessively slow. Windows loads istantly, it only takes ages to boot on the Asus screen. Infact after the ASUS screen I can istantly login and start using my pc at max speed. I dont understand what could possibly be.

Things I've already done:

-I've used CCleaner
-I've checked for Viruses
-I've used chkdsk on CMD
-I've tried to unplug the additional Hard Disk and boot only with the SSD
-I've tried the windows startup repair. No problems.
-Checked Motherboard temperatures and Hard Disks performances with CrystalDiskInfo. They're all fine.
-Checked and cleaned the startup applications. Only have the Adobe CC that takes "high" impact.
-Bios Time is always around 4.7 seconds
-Checked for disk spaces. I've always had the SSD with only 20gbs free for use and it never went so slow
-Tried checking for other problems on the pc that could lead me to some hardware solution, but everything runs perfectly fine and fast once it has started up.
-Unplugged all USBs.
