activation windows errror

Hi there
I recently build a new pc.( added all components+ sdd and use some old HDDs) when im trying to activate my windows it says: Error 0x8007232b we can't activate windows on this device as we cant conect to your organisation.
I have a windows 10 pro produc key but i cant use it bcus of this error.
I selected for home when i installed windows

where did you get the key from?

Its a cd windows 7 that i upgraded to w10

You don't need the old Win 7.
You upgraded that Win 7 to Win 10?

Where did this Win 10 Pro product key come from?

What was the original OS? Pro or Home?

What edition of Windows 7 do you have?
The Windows 10 install must match the Windows 7 edition.

Right....
KMS server = either you are a corporation, or you have a pirated OS.

I'm guessing it's not the former.
