Bootable USB shows up but can't boot

Trying to install windows on new ssd from a bootable usb, usb shows up in bios/boot menu however when i select to boot from it i get a warning: cable may be disconnected from board! error and the computer requires a restart?

Can you please check and ensure that the HDD is disconnected during the installation, and that you've created a bootable USB following the Correct Method?
