Assume all of it, especially anything that you have ever asked it.
Asked google for a route from where you are to somewhere else, it knows your start point
Ever used the internet, it has a fair idea of your location (sometimes very wrongly)
Ever entered a password, it has to have known it as you enter it.
The OS has to interpret every single thing that you do, and pass it to websites etc. Whether it should or does instantly forget about it, or whether it understands the context of what it's processing is a different story, but it has to touch everything.
