Can't upgrade Windows 10 1809

Hi,
I'm having problem with my windows 10 update. My current windows version is 1803.I did check the available updates through in settings. But it says already updated with latest version, which is not. I also tried to update using update assistance. This method works but after restart when windows is configuring a message pop up, says "windows cannot configure one or more system components"..
So I googled for this and tried some solution. But nothings works.

Clean install is not an option here.

Okk..But My friend got the update yesterday, So I thought it might be my System's fault.

If you've verified that your system is at v1809 (screencap of this please?), then you have exactly zero to worry about. There is no further upgrade, as of today.

Your friend 1809 not the same as your 1809??? Did I miss a math class somewhere?

If you want to force it today, go here: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10
...and click on Update Now.

Of course, have a good backup of anything on that drive. Just in case.

MS has taken the 1809 Update offline for now.

Reboot, and does your system still work?
