Have many issues such as Random BSOD, BSOD when trying to install anything such as windows update, nvidia drivers, and games. BSOD on startup, random screen refreshing, going black and turning back on, network disconnecting and connecting at random, web browser refreshing at random and sometimes not loading at all.

Replaced PSU today, still same issues :(

check the power connector from the power supply to the GPU. sometimes one of the pins gets displaced from the plastic socket and the gpu does not get proper power.

otherwise:

update the BIOS, make sure the system can boot into bios and is stable. monitor the voltages from bios and the temps. if the temp go up too high, then check to make sure the fans are spinning up correctly.

if your install of windows was with a unstable system then you might want to reinstall it.
after the windows install you need to update the motherboard drivers from the motherboard vendors website. then reboot and do the windows updates, then reboot again and install the GPU graphics driver from the GPU vendors website. (reboot after the install)

if your system is stable enough you should run cmd.exe or powershell as an admin then run
dism.exe /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth

this will fix some core windows files that might have been corrupted if you installed while the system was unstable. it only fixes a certain files so it might be better to do a clean install.

if you still have issues you should put the minidump from c:\windows\minidump directory onto a cloud server like Microsoft onedrive, share the files for public access and post a link.

network disconnecting often happens with windows 7 network drivers and old bios versions. generally updated network drivers and bios updates fix the issue.

looking at the windows diagnostic memory dumps can help figure out the cause of the problems.
