Trying to install windows 10 and failling

I just buil a new pc and i am trying to install win 10 but i cant
Why?
I use the masterbox lit 5 case which doesent include an opening for dvd rw so i decided to make a bootable usb stick with windows 10
Ive done that and when im trying to install it i get a "no signed debices found" error .
The thing is my mother board only has usb 3.0 slots and i think i am suposed to use a usb 2.0 slot
What should i do ?

The USB install device will work on both a USB 2 and 3 port. The important thing is to use the latest install files from the download website.
