Command prompt windows opening randomly, Google Chrome icon

So today I was bored so I and my friend downloaded a [strike]pirated[/strike] video game from a different website that seemed kind of sketchy at first.
Anyways, after running the .exe file, the game just showed me an error and closed. Since I didn't want to screw around with it, I deleted the .exe file and that's it.

Then I went on youtube, and I started getting these weird command prompt screens that would randomly pop up after some time.
After like 1-2 seconds they disappear so it's pretty hard to take a screenshot of both of them.
Luckily, I took a screenshot of one.

As you can see, it says the path is

C:\Users\Korisnik(meaning User)\(whole bunch of letters)\UTLW.exe

and the second pop-up shows the path being something like

C:\ProgramData\(bunch of letters and numbers)...

I tried searching for that UTLW file everywhere, I turned on hidden folders, used Process Hacker to see if the file is anywhere, but I simply can't seem to fricking find it. It's nothing serious, but I don't want my game being minimized every 15 minutes because of these pop-ups.

The pop-ups also have a Google Chrome icon for some reason.

I don't know if anyone can, but I'd appreciate some help. Thanks in advance.
Also, I don't have an antivirus... well I do have Avast but I disabled it because it deleted GTAV for me after downloading it in pain and anger for 4 days.

Reload Windows or spend hours eradicating the virus you picked up. Malwarebytes might remove it.
