this is my current build
ASUS ROG STRIX B450-F GAMING
AMD RYZEN 5 2600 6-Core 3.4 GHz
G.SKILL Ripjaws V Series 16GB (2 x 8GB) 3600
WD Blue 3D NAND 500GB PC SSD - SATA III 6 Gb/s M.2 2280 Solid State Drive
CoolerMaster 600 psu

so when i start the system, it switches between the notification leds and then stops with solid white led, doesnt get any video output.
i have a 1070 gpu, when i plug in and try booting up i get the video output through the the gpu, i get video output.

what can this imply? a defective mobo, or a defective ryzen cpu?

and also my rams always struck at 2444 frequency

some suggestion in this matter would be very much helpful

in the first line you say you don't get video output. in the second line you say with the gpu plugged in, you get video output. you need to be more clear about what you are asking. was this system ever working or are you trying to boot for the first time? you say its stuck at 2444mhz which means you are at least getting to bios right? have you done a fresh windows 10 install?

thank you so much for the reply, firstly, when i plug every thing in without gpu, i dont get any output, it doesnt show any video output through on board hdmi output

i only get output through my msi 1070 graphics card, where i can check the bios and ram speeds
this is my first boot,

and yeah its getting to bios only through the external gpu.
i updated the bios firmware to the latest version, then too the onboard hdmi doesnt work,
with external gpu , removed i only get a solid white led indication
