Setup new laptop and forgot Microsoft account password

Hey everyone,

So I was setting up my new laptop (windows 10).
I have a Skype account and thought I knew the password when selecting that to be my MSN account to log into my computer with.
Unformuately I seem to have changed the password and can't access the account now.
I have selected the 'forgot password ' option but I am not receiving the identification code.
I now want to go back in the setup menu and just create a new account.
But I don't know how to do that.

go to microsoft.com and have your password reset from there, you only need access to the email you bound to the account. you can also create a new account from there if required.
