Guys I really need help please answer ASAP.

Hey guys I’m kind of new to pc gaming and let me just say right now I’m not really liking it. I got myself a dell g3 with the gtx1060 6gb and all that and everything was fantastic for the first two days but yesterday it was like my computer went from Ferrari to a literal rock. It is so slow it takes so long to load up edge or anything my disk is not dropping below 30 but the main problem is %50 of my memory is being used all this results in my computer that plays siege and Fortnite at upward of roughly 110 FPS to not playing siege at under 30 FPS. I’m incredibly frustrated and really need help. I tried uninstalling my mcafee and I reset it and now have to redownload all my games I don’t know what to do I have like upward of 100 tasks running but idk what to close because the stuff that uses a lot if I go to “end task” I get a pop up about how it could make my computer unusable. Please help!

Did you go to Dell driver web site for the model? (there is a Dell G3 15, Dell G3 3579 & 3779 so I can't guess which you have). Both 3579 & 3779 have the GPU you mentioned, difference appears to be CPU

both sites have auto update facilities and also Diagnostics that may find cause of slowdown

Lots of tasks is normal in win 10. It may not be the cause.
