Monitor not works and keyboard and mouse but pc working correctly

After i updated my pc GPU from 750gtx 2gb to 1060 6gb and also PSU.I tryed everything changing old PSU with new GPU.Also tryed new PSU with old GPU nothing works.My monitor starts switching ANALOG to HDM1.

Also can”t use monitor settings.
